Goat Farm cheese is a product with a strong smoked flavour. It is a processed cheese that can be compared to Oscypek mountain cheese. With a distinct smoky aroma and a smooth texture that melts in the mouth. Cheese slices are of a milky colour which turns brown at the edge.
