Carrot burger with goat bio cheese

Get inspired by Goat Farm and make a vegan carrot burger!


  • – a few slices of Goat Farm goat cheese BIO
  • – 3 carrots
  • – 2 eggs
  • – 70 g wheat flour
  • – teaspoon of pepper flakes
  • – lettuce
  • – cucumber
  • – burger bun
  • – mustard
  • – capers

Method of preparation

Grate 3 large carrots into a bowl on a coarse grater, add two eggs and 70 grams of whole wheat flour. Then salt and add a teaspoon of paprika flakes, mix.

Heat a little oil in a large frying pan and spoon our carrot mixture into thick pancakes.
Fry on both sides until golden brown, drain on paper towel after removing from the pan.

Cut the burger bun into slices and spread with mustard, then layer with lettuce, carrot pancakes, Goat Farm Bio goat cheese, pepper cucumber slices and sprinkle with capers.
